# ONEPRO Drivers — full content for language models # Source: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/ · Updated: 2026-10-10 · Phone/SMS: +1 (484) 444-3830 ## What this company does ONEPRO Drivers is a nationwide CDL-A and non-CDL truck driver recruiting and placement service. One free application connects drivers with vetted US motor carriers hiring for dry van, reefer, flatbed, car hauler, power only, team, local, regional and owner-operator positions. Call or text (484) 444-3830. ONEPRO Drivers sits between drivers and motor carriers. A driver fills out one free application; ONEPRO Drivers matches it against carriers that are actively hiring for that equipment, experience level and home-time schedule, verifies the offer details, and supports the driver through orientation and after placement. Carriers pay a placement fee when a sourced driver starts. Drivers never pay. ## Why drivers use it ### One application, not fifteen Fill it out once. We take your profile to every carrier in our network that fits what you actually want — instead of you repeating your CDL number to a different recruiter every night. ### Real numbers before you commit CPM or percentage, average weekly miles, detention, layover, per-diem, what the truck actually is and what year. In writing, before you give notice anywhere. ### We check the carrier, not just you Authority age, safety rating, insurance, inspection history and how they pay. If a carrier does not pay on time, they do not get our drivers. ### Home time you can actually plan Home daily, weekly, 2 weeks out — we filter by your calendar first, and we say no to carriers that cannot keep the schedule they promise. ### A human who answers the phone Call or text (484) 444-3830 and you get a person, in English, Russian or Ukrainian. Before the hire, during orientation, and after you are seated. ### Support after you are hired Miles dropped? Pay short? Dispatch not answering? Tell us. We still have the relationship with the carrier — and we use it. ## Positions in detail ### OTR Dry Van Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/otr-dry-van/ Equipment: Dry Van Typical weekly gross: $1,400–$1,900 (week) Pay structure: 0.58 – 0.75 CPM Home time: 2–3 weeks out Weekly miles: 2,600 – 3,200 mi/wk Experience required: 6 months OTR Dry van is where most CDL-A careers start and where a lot of good ones stay: predictable freight, no-touch loads, and the widest choice of carriers in the country. Our dry van carriers run regional and 48-state OTR with mostly drop-and-hook freight out of big-box DCs and paper mills. The trucks are typically 2022 and newer automatics with APU or bunk heater, inverter, and fridge. We will tell you the real average weekly mileage of the fleet you are joining — not the number on the billboard. Responsibilities: Haul no-touch dry freight in a 53′ trailer; Drop-and-hook at distribution centers; Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, DVIR; Keep ELD logs compliant with HOS rules; Communicate with dispatch on ETA and delays. What comes with the seat: No-touch freight, Drop & hook lanes, 2022+ automatic trucks, APU / bunk heater, Rider and pet programs, Weekly direct deposit. Q: How many miles a week do dry van drivers really get? A: In our network, 2,600 to 3,200 miles a week is the honest range for a solo OTR dry van driver staying out 2–3 weeks. Anyone promising 3,500 every single week is selling you a good week, not an average. Q: Can I get a dry van job with 6 months experience? A: Yes. Six months of verifiable OTR is enough for most of our dry van carriers. With less than 6 months we can usually still find a seat, but the starting CPM is lower and the carrier will want a clean MVR. --- ### Refrigerated (Reefer) Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/reefer/ Equipment: Reefer Typical weekly gross: $1,600–$2,200 (week) Pay structure: 0.62 – 0.80 CPM Home time: 2–3 weeks out Weekly miles: 2,800 – 3,400 mi/wk Experience required: 6–12 months OTR Reefer pays more than van for a reason: the load is temperature-sensitive, the appointments are tighter, and the driver has to actually watch the box. If you are detail-minded, it is the best rate-per-mile freight a company driver can get. Our refrigerated carriers run produce out of California, Florida, Texas and the Northwest, and protein out of the Midwest. Expect longer average lengths of haul, more night driving, and real detention pay — we check that the carrier pays detention before we send a driver there. Responsibilities: Monitor and log reefer set point and fuel; Verify temperature at pickup and delivery; Handle appointment-based produce and protein loads; Occasional lumper service, reimbursed; Maintain trailer washouts and pulp temps. What comes with the seat: Higher CPM than dry van, Detention paid after 2 hours, Lumper fees reimbursed, Long-haul miles, Newer refrigerated units, Rider program. Q: Is reefer harder than dry van? A: It is more responsibility, not more driving. You are managing temperature, tighter appointment windows and more lumpers — which is exactly why it pays 4 to 8 cents per mile more. Q: Do reefer drivers get paid for detention at produce shippers? A: With our carriers, yes — detention typically starts after 2 hours and we confirm the rate in writing before you accept the job. Produce shippers are the number one place drivers lose unpaid hours. --- ### Flatbed & Step Deck Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/flatbed-step-deck/ Equipment: Flatbed Typical weekly gross: $1,700–$2,400 (week) Pay structure: 0.65 – 0.85 CPM Home time: Weekly or 2 weeks Weekly miles: 2,400 – 3,000 mi/wk Experience required: 1 year CDL-A Flatbed rewards drivers who do not mind working. You secure the load yourself, you tarp when it needs tarping, and you get paid extra for both on top of the highest company-driver CPM in trucking. Our flatbed and step deck carriers move steel, lumber, roofing, pipe, machinery and construction material, mostly in the Southeast, Midwest and Texas triangle. Securement training is provided if you are coming from van or reefer — several of our carriers have a paid 3 to 5 day flatbed school for experienced CDL-A drivers. Responsibilities: Secure loads with chains, straps and binders; Tarp freight when required (tarp pay per load); Work with shippers on loading and weight distribution; Verify legal height, width and weight, permits when oversize; Daily securement checks within the first 50 miles. What comes with the seat: Tarp pay $50–$125 per load, Stop and load pay, Paid securement training, Home weekly options, Gear provided (straps, chains, tarps), Oversize / permit bonus. Q: I have never run flatbed. Can I still get hired? A: Yes, if you have a year of verifiable CDL-A. Several of our carriers run a paid flatbed and securement course for van and reefer drivers crossing over. You get paid while you learn to tarp. Q: How much extra is tarp pay? A: Usually $50 to $125 per tarped load depending on the carrier and the freight. Over a month that is often an extra $400 to $900 on top of mileage. --- ### Car Hauler Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/car-hauler/ Equipment: Car Hauler Typical weekly gross: $1,800–$2,800 (week) Pay structure: 25 – 32% of gross Home time: Weekly or 2 weeks Weekly miles: 2,200 – 2,800 mi/wk Experience required: 1 year CDL-A (hauling exp. a plus) Car hauling pays on a percentage of what the load bills — which means when the auto market is hot, you are not stuck at a fixed cent per mile. It is the highest-earning seat we place drivers into. We work with open 7 to 10 car stingers and wedges as well as enclosed high-value transporters. Loading and unloading is a skill, and it is paid like one. If you are experienced CDL-A but new to auto transport, several partners pay a training period with a senior hauler before you get your own rig. Responsibilities: Load, chain and unload vehicles without damage; Photo-document condition at pickup and delivery; Manage load planning for height and weight; Handle dealer, auction and private customer deliveries; Keep a spotless inspection record — damage claims cost real money. What comes with the seat: Percentage pay 25–32% of gross, Paid car-haul training available, Newer stinger and wedge equipment, Damage-free bonus programs, Home weekly options, Enclosed / high-value routes. Q: How much does a car hauler make a year? A: Company car haulers in our network typically run $95,000 to $145,000 a year on percentage pay. Enclosed and high-value haulers sit at the top of that range. It moves with the market, which is the point of percentage pay. Q: Do I need car hauling experience? A: It helps, but no. With a year of clean CDL-A we can place you with a carrier that trains you on loading and securement first — paid — because a driver who loads badly costs them more than a driver they trained. --- ### Power Only Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/power-only/ Equipment: Power Only Typical weekly gross: $1,500–$2,000 (week) Pay structure: 0.60 – 0.78 CPM Home time: Weekly or 2 weeks Weekly miles: 2,600 – 3,200 mi/wk Experience required: 6 months OTR Power only is the lowest-friction freight in trucking: you pull preloaded trailers from a drop yard, you never touch the cargo, and you spend far less of your week sitting at a dock. Our power only carriers pull for large shippers and digital freight networks with pre-loaded trailers staged in drop yards. This is the best fit for drivers who hate live loads and dock waiting, and for owner-operators who want freight without buying a trailer. Responsibilities: Hook to preloaded trailers at drop yards; Verify seal, weight and trailer condition; Run preplanned lanes with minimal dwell time; Report trailer damage and maintenance issues; Keep hook and drop times tight. What comes with the seat: No-touch, no live loads, Minimal dock waiting, Trailer provided, Steady preplanned lanes, Owner-operator friendly, Fuel discounts. Q: What is power only trucking? A: You bring the tractor, the shipper or carrier provides the loaded trailer. You hook, run, drop. No trailer to buy, no freight to touch, and much less time waiting at docks. Q: Can an owner-operator run power only? A: That is the most common setup. You keep your truck, skip the $40,000 trailer, and pull preloaded equipment. We place both company drivers and owner-operators into power only fleets. --- ### Team Driver Jobs (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/team-drivers/ Equipment: Team Typical weekly gross: $2,600–$3,600 (week / team) Pay structure: 0.80 – 1.10 CPM split Home time: 2–3 weeks out Weekly miles: 5,000 – 6,200 mi/wk Experience required: 6 months each A team runs while the other driver sleeps, so a team truck covers in two days what a solo covers in four. Carriers pay a premium for that, and expedited freight pays the highest premium of all. We place established teams — married couples, partners, friends — and we will also help match a solo driver into a team seat with a carrier that runs a team-matching program. Expedited, high-value and dedicated team lanes typically run coast to coast. Responsibilities: Run continuous coast-to-coast lanes; Coordinate sleep and drive cycles legally under HOS; Handle expedited, time-critical freight; Maintain shared truck condition and cleanliness; Split duties on fueling, scaling and inspections. What comes with the seat: Highest weekly gross in trucking, Expedited premium freight, Sign-on bonus for established teams, Team-matching programs, Pet and rider friendly, Newest equipment in the fleet. Q: How much does a team make per week? A: In our network a CDL-A team grosses $2,600 to $3,600 a week combined, running 5,000 to 6,200 miles. Expedited and high-value freight sits at the top of that range. Q: I do not have a partner — can you still place me on a team? A: Yes. Several of our carriers run formal team-matching: they pair compatible solo drivers, and both of you keep team pay. Tell us on the application that you are open to it. --- ### Local & Regional CDL-A Driver Jobs (Home Daily) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/local-regional/ Equipment: Local & Regional Typical weekly gross: $1,200–$1,700 (week) Pay structure: Hourly $24 – $34 / hr Home time: Home daily or weekends Weekly miles: 900 – 1,800 mi/wk Experience required: 6–12 months CDL-A If you are leaving OTR because you are missing everything at home, this is the seat. Local and regional CDL-A work trades top-end mileage pay for a schedule you can plan a life around. Local and dedicated regional runs in our network include store delivery, dedicated shuttle, yard-to-yard linehaul, intermodal drayage and food service distribution. Most pay hourly with overtime past 40, which means detention and traffic are paid time instead of lost time. Responsibilities: Run a set route or dedicated lane on a fixed schedule; Multiple stops per day in many local roles; Some roles involve driver-assist unload (paid); Daily pre-trip, DVIR and yard checks; Customer-facing delivery at stores and restaurants. What comes with the seat: Home daily or home weekends, Hourly pay + overtime after 40, Paid holidays and PTO, Benefits from day 30 or sooner, Predictable schedule, No sleeper living. Q: Do local CDL jobs pay less than OTR? A: Per week, usually yes — $1,200 to $1,700 instead of $1,600 to $2,200. But it is hourly with overtime, you sleep at home, and your real hourly rate is often higher than OTR once you count unpaid OTR waiting time. Q: Can I get a local job with only 6 months experience? A: Often yes, especially in dedicated and shuttle roles. Store delivery and drayage sometimes want a year. Apply and we will tell you exactly which local accounts near your zip code will take you today. --- ### Owner-Operator & Lease Purchase Opportunities (CDL-A) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/owner-operator/ Equipment: Owner-Operator Typical weekly gross: $5,000–$9,000 (week gross) Pay structure: 78 – 90% of linehaul Home time: You decide Weekly miles: You decide Experience required: 2 years CDL-A + own authority or truck An owner-operator agreement is a contract, not a job — and most of the damage in trucking is done in the fine print. We read it with you before you sign anything. We place owner-operators with carriers offering 78% to 90% of linehaul, national fuel discounts, plate and permit programs, and no forced dispatch. We will also flag lease-purchase deals that are structured badly. If the escrow, the balloon payment or the maintenance account looks predatory, we will say so out loud. Responsibilities: Operate under your own authority or lease to a partner carrier; Select loads from the board or dedicated freight; Manage your own maintenance, fuel and settlements; Maintain DOT compliance, IFTA, ELD and insurance; Run the business side: costs per mile, taxes, reserves. What comes with the seat: 78–90% of linehaul revenue, Fuel discounts $0.40–$0.90 / gal, No forced dispatch, Plate and permit programs, Weekly settlements + fuel advances, Trailer rental or power-only options. Q: What percentage should an owner-operator get? A: A fair lease-on is 78% to 90% of linehaul with transparent accessorials. Below 70%, or a deal where fuel surcharge disappears into the carrier, is not worth your truck payment. Q: Is lease purchase a scam? A: Not always, but plenty of them are structured so the driver never finishes the lease. Send us the agreement before you sign. We will point at the escrow, the maintenance account and the balloon payment and tell you what it really costs. --- ### Box Truck & Sprinter Van Driver Jobs (No CDL Required) URL: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/jobs/box-truck-sprinter/ Equipment: Box Truck & Sprinter Typical weekly gross: $1,000–$1,800 (week) Pay structure: $0.45 – $0.70 / mi or 65–75% of load Home time: Weekly or out 1–2 weeks Weekly miles: 1,500 – 2,600 mi/wk Experience required: 6 months commercial driving You do not need a CDL to make a living in freight. Expedited cargo van, sprinter and 26-foot box truck work moves the urgent, high-margin loads that big trucks are too big for. We place drivers into 26′ box trucks with liftgate, straight trucks, sprinters and cargo vans running expedited and hotshot freight for auto plants, medical suppliers and time-critical shippers. Owners of vans and box trucks can also lease on and keep 65% to 75% of the load. Responsibilities: Run expedited and time-critical freight; Liftgate and pallet jack work on some accounts; Load securement inside the box; Maintain DOT medical card and clean record; Fast response to load offers — expedited is first come. What comes with the seat: No CDL required, Weekly settlements, Fuel card and discounts, Owner-driver lease-on 65–75%, Liftgate and hotshot accounts, Fast-paying expedited freight. Q: Can I drive a box truck without a CDL? A: Yes. Under 26,001 lbs GVWR and non-hazmat, a regular license plus a DOT medical card is enough. That covers most 26′ box trucks, sprinters and cargo vans in expedited freight. Q: How much do sprinter van drivers make? A: Company sprinter and box truck drivers in our network run $1,000 to $1,800 a week. Owners who lease their own van or box truck on keep 65% to 75% of each load, which is substantially more before expenses. ## Requirements ### CDL-A positions - Valid Class A CDL, any US state - 21 years or older (interstate) - 6+ months verifiable OTR — less is workable, ask us - Current DOT medical card - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years - No DUI in the last 5 years (case by case) - Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse query - Legal to work in the US ### Box truck, sprinter & cargo van - Valid regular driver license - 21 years or older for interstate freight - DOT medical card (we help you get one) - 6+ months commercial driving preferred - Clean MVR — no major violations in 3 years - Smartphone for load offers and PODs - Legal to work in the US Note: Blemish on your record? You tell us the seat, the pay package and the hiring criteria. We bring you screened, interested, qualified drivers — and we only get paid when one of them is working for you. - Pre-screened before you ever see them: CDL class and expiration, endorsements, verifiable employment, MVR red flags, accident history and Clearinghouse status are all checked before we send you a file. - Performance-based, not retainer: No monthly fee and no upfront cost. A: ONEPRO Drivers places CDL-A drivers with vetted US motor carriers that are hiring this week in all 48 continental states — dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, car hauler, power only, team, local and regional. One free application reaches every carrier in the network that fits what you want. Call or text (484) 444-3830. Q: How do I find a truck driving job fast? A: The fastest route is one application handled by a recruiter who already knows which carriers have open seats, instead of fifteen applications you file yourself. With ONEPRO Drivers most drivers with clean verifiable experience go from application to an orientation date in 3 to 10 days. Apply free at oneprodrivers.com or call (484) 444-3830. Q: What is the best paying truck driving job? A: For a company driver, car hauling pays the most — typically $1,800 to $2,800 a week on 25–32% of gross. Teams gross more per truck ($2,600–$3,600 combined), flatbed leads the fixed-CPM jobs at $1,700–$2,400 with tarp pay, and owner-operators keep 78–90% of linehaul. ONEPRO Drivers places drivers into all of them, free. Q: How much do truck drivers make a week? A: In the ONEPRO Drivers carrier network a solo CDL-A company driver typically grosses $1,400–$1,900 a week on dry van, $1,600–$2,200 on reefer, $1,700–$2,400 on flatbed and $1,800–$2,800 car hauling. Local and regional roles run $1,200–$1,700 a week hourly with overtime. Non-CDL box truck and sprinter work runs $1,000–$1,800. Q: Can I get a truck driving job with 6 months of experience? A: Yes. Six months of verifiable OTR is enough for most dry van, reefer and power only carriers in the ONEPRO Drivers network, and some local and dedicated accounts take it too. With less than six months we can usually still find a seat at a lower starting CPM. Call (484) 444-3830 and we will tell you exactly who will take your file. Q: Are there truck driving jobs where I am home every night? A: Yes — local and dedicated regional CDL-A work. Store delivery, shuttle, linehaul, drayage and food service accounts pay $24–$34 an hour with overtime past 40 and get you home daily or on weekends. ONEPRO Drivers filters by your home ZIP code first and places drivers into these seats for free. Q: Can I drive a truck in the USA without a CDL? A: Yes. Under 26,001 lbs GVWR and non-hazmat you only need a regular driver license and a DOT medical card, which covers 26-foot box trucks, straight trucks, sprinters and cargo vans on expedited freight. Those jobs run $1,000 to $1,800 a week, and ONEPRO Drivers places non-CDL drivers into them. Q: Do truck driver recruiters charge the driver money? A: A legitimate one never does. ONEPRO Drivers is free for the driver from the first call through orientation and after — the hiring motor carrier pays the placement fee, which is how driver placement works in the United States. If anyone asks a driver for money to get hired, walk away. Q: Can I get hired with an accident, a DUI or a SAP program on my record? A: Usually yes — it narrows the list of carriers, it does not end your career. Tell ONEPRO Drivers up front exactly what is on your MVR, PSP and FMCSA Clearinghouse record; hiding it costs you a week and burns the carrier. We know which carriers in the network still review those files. Call (484) 444-3830. Q: What percentage should an owner-operator get? A: A fair lease-on is 78% to 90% of linehaul with transparent accessorials, fuel discounts and no forced dispatch. Below 70%, or a deal where the fuel surcharge disappears into the carrier, is not worth your truck payment. ONEPRO Drivers will read a lease-purchase agreement with you before you sign it. Q: Are there trucking jobs for Russian or Ukrainian speaking drivers in the USA? A: Yes, and ONEPRO Drivers recruits in English, Russian and Ukrainian. You can speak with a recruiter in your own language at (484) 444-3830, and the site has full Russian and Ukrainian versions at oneprodrivers.com/ru/ and oneprodrivers.com/ua/. Q: What is truck driver placement and how does it work? A: A driver placement service sits between drivers and motor carriers: the driver applies once for free, the service verifies the carriers and negotiates on the driver side, and the hiring carrier pays a fee when the driver starts. ONEPRO Drivers checks authority age, safety rating, insurance and payment history before sending any driver to a carrier. ## Languages The site and recruiters operate in English, Russian (https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/ru/) and Ukrainian (https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/ua/). ## Contact Phone and SMS: +1 (484) 444-3830 (+14844443830) Driver email: drivers@oneprodrivers.com Carrier email: carriers@oneprodrivers.com Hours: Mon–Sat 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET · Sun by appointment Apply: https://onepro-drivers.pages.dev/apply/ ## Disclaimer ONEPRO Drivers is a driver recruiting and placement service, not a motor carrier.
