## Requirements
CDL-A: Valid Class A CDL, any US state; 21 years or older (interstate); 6+ months verifiable OTR — less is workable, ask us; Current DOT medical card; No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; No DUI in the last 5 years (case by case); Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse query; Legal to work in the US.
Non-CDL (box truck, sprinter, cargo van): Valid regular driver license; 21 years or older for interstate freight; DOT medical card (we help you get one); 6+ months commercial driving preferred; Clean MVR — no major violations in 3 years; Smartphone for load offers and PODs; Legal to work in the US.

3. We bring you matching offers, side by side (1–3 days) — Real CPM, real average miles, real home time, real equipment year — from carriers we have already checked for authority age, safety rating and payment history.
4. You pick. We handle orientation and the paperwork (Then you drive) — Application, DQ file, pre-employment screening, orientation date and travel. And we stay reachable after you are seated, because that is when the problems actually show up.
