Performance-based, not retainer
No monthly fee and no upfront cost. You pay a placement fee when a driver we sourced starts. Volume pricing for fleets hiring five or more seats a month.
Replacement guarantee
If a placed driver leaves inside the guarantee window, we replace them at no additional placement fee. It keeps our incentive pointed at retention, not headcount.
